At Boston Express Cab, we are committed to making your ride comfortable, convenient to book, and easy to pay for. Whether you prefer cash or digital payments, we offer secure and flexible options to meet your needs.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash: 10% discount available if paid by cash (discount applies to fare only, not tax).
  • Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
  • PayPal: Available for prepaid online bookings.
  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay & Google Pay (where available).

All payments are processed securely in USD.

Secure Transactions & Deposits

Secure Encryption: We use Authorize.net and PayPal with 256-bit SSL encryption to safeguard your personal and financial information. We do not retain credit card details on our servers.
Booking Deposits & Final Payment
  • $1 Authorization: A small deposit is required at the time of booking to verify the card and secure your ride.
  • Remaining Balance: Paid directly to the driver at the end of your trip via your preferred method.

Discounts & Fare Structure

Enjoy a 10% Cash Discount

Choose cash payment after your ride and receive 10% off. No card processing fees apply to cash payments.

Fare Structure & Additional Charges

Your final fare is calculated based on mileage or hourly rates. Please be aware of potential additional costs:

  • Bridge or tunnel tolls
  • Airport parking fees
  • Child seat or specialized vehicle (minivan) requests
  • Driver gratuity (standard industry rates apply)

International & Cancellations

International Card Payments

We accept international cards. Note that your bank may apply currency conversion fees. All transactions are settled in USD.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Free Cancellation: Up to 4 hours before pickup time.
  • No Refunds: For cancellations made less than 4 hours before scheduled pickup.
  • No-Shows: Charged the full estimated fare.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
